Important information

These terms are product-specific operating terms for SenderOps. They describe the commercial and usage rules that apply when you access the service.

If a separate written agreement, order form, or data processing agreement is signed with us, that document controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Who it covers

Workspace owners, admins, members, invited users, and organizations using the service.

Primary use

Monitoring domains you own or are authorized to manage for email deliverability.

Trial and refund window

3-day free trial for new customers only, plus a 14-day money-back guarantee.

01

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, joining a workspace, starting a subscription, or otherwise using SenderOps, you agree to these terms and to any plan limits, order details, or product-specific rules shown in the service.

If you use the service on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" and "customer" mean both you and that organization.

02

Eligibility, accounts, and workspaces

SenderOps is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account or workspaces you administer. Workspace owners and admins control invited users, domain access, billing settings, integrations, and usage under the selected plan.

  • Use accurate account and billing information.
  • Invite only users who are authorized to access the relevant workspace, domains, reports, and billing information.
  • Remove users promptly when they should no longer have access.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity or misuse.

03

The service

SenderOps provides email deliverability monitoring and operational workflows for owned or authorized domains. The service may include domain inventory, DNS and authentication checks, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC diagnostics, blacklist checks, inbox placement signals, warmup and sending identity views, recommendations, alerts, reports, admin and audit views, and subscription management.

The service is a monitoring and recommendation tool. We do not send campaigns for you, control mailbox provider decisions, guarantee inbox placement, guarantee sender reputation, or guarantee that any DNS, policy, or sending change will produce a particular outcome.

04

Acceptable use

SenderOps is built for legitimate senders monitoring domains they own or are authorized to manage.

Do not use the service to enable spam, abuse, phishing, credential harvesting, unauthorized scanning, mailbox provider evasion, reputation manipulation, or activity that violates law, mailbox provider rules, anti-spam requirements, or third-party rights.

  • Only add domains you own or have explicit permission to monitor.
  • Do not use monitoring, blacklist checks, inbox placement checks, alerts, APIs, or exports to harass, profile, scrape, probe, or attack others.
  • Do not upload passwords, private keys, seed mailbox credentials, API keys, or other secrets unless a product workflow explicitly requests them.
  • Do not reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or bypass limits, security controls, or access controls for the service.

05

Customer data and domain responsibilities

You retain ownership of the domain names, DNS records, sending identity details, workspace content, webhook URLs, support messages, and other data you submit to the service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, secure, back up, and transmit that data to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights and permissions to monitor each domain, invite each user, configure each integration, and act on recommendations. DNS and sending changes can affect mail flow, domain reputation, and authentication; you are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them.

  • Keep domain and workspace information accurate.
  • Review recommendations before making DNS, authentication, policy, or sending changes.
  • Back up business-critical records and configuration outside the service where appropriate.

06

Subscriptions, limits, and billing

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis through Stripe unless a separate written arrangement applies. Prices, billing intervals, included features, domain limits, usage limits, and renewal terms are shown at checkout, in the billing area, on an order form, or in a written agreement.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts using the payment method provided. If payment fails or your subscription is past due, we may limit, suspend, or terminate access to paid features after reasonable attempts to notify you.

You may cancel through the product billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid except as stated in these terms or required by law.

07

14-day money-back guarantee

We may offer a 3-day free trial for new customers only. The free trial is available only once per workspace and only once per customer, including each user, person, or business. To prevent abuse, related accounts, related workspaces, agencies, subsidiaries, re-signups, payment methods, domains, or businesses may be treated as the same customer, person, or business for trial eligibility.

If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days after the initial subscription purchase. The 14-day money-back guarantee is available only once per customer, user, or business, including related workspaces, related accounts, agencies, subsidiaries, re-signups, and plan changes.

The guarantee does not apply to renewals after the first paid term, custom enterprise agreements unless the agreement says otherwise, usage-based charges already incurred, taxes or fees we cannot recover, accounts suspended for abuse or material breach, or purchases made after a prior refund under this guarantee.

To request the guarantee, contact support from the account email or workspace owner email and identify the workspace and subscription. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.

08

Custom plans and overrides

We may offer custom pricing, discounts, limits, credits, trial extensions, or subscription overrides for specific workspaces. Custom terms apply only when confirmed in the product, by support, in an order form, or in a written agreement.

We may adjust or remove custom overrides when they expire, when the related agreement ends, when they were applied in error, or when required to prevent abuse or billing inconsistency. We will not use an override change to avoid a refund obligation that has already been approved under these terms.

09

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, transactional email, databases, queues, analytics, error monitoring, AI-assisted recommendations, and external deliverability data. Stripe processes subscription payments, and Resend may be used for transactional emails such as alerts or invites.

Third-party services are not under our control. Their availability, data handling, and terms may affect the service. We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

10

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party may receive non-public business, technical, product, security, billing, or operational information from the other party. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the service, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by the disclosing party.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, software, design, workflows, documentation, templates, recommendations logic, trademarks, and other materials we provide. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

11

Availability, changes, and disclaimers

We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary because of maintenance, security work, third-party providers, network issues, data source limits, mailbox provider changes, or product updates. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, limits, integrations, or plans as the service evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and guaranteed deliverability results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, lost data, business interruption, or email deliverability outcomes, even if the party knew such damages were possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service or these terms is limited to the amounts you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

13

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time, and you may cancel paid subscriptions as described in the billing section. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees when due, use the service abusively, or if continued operation would expose us or others to harm.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete account, workspace, billing, diagnostic, and audit data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, security needs, and backup practices.

14

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in the European Union or European Economic Area where the operator of SenderOps is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If no mandatory venue applies, disputes will be handled by the competent courts for that establishment.

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by contacting the other party and allowing a reasonable time for response, unless urgent legal relief is needed.

15

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers, such as by updating the effective date, providing in-product notice, or sending email to account or workspace contacts.

Changes apply from the effective date shown or from a later date stated in the notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

16
